I looove when a new program is released!. Why?.. Because I am at my best when I follow a program to a T and the results you get are FREAKING AWESOME!! This new program is called LIIFT4 and is all about building lean muscle and burning a ton of calories. In just 30 minutes, you’ll burn what would normally take AN HOUR AND A HALF at the gym – and you don’t even have to leave your house (that’s my kind of workout)! By combining weightlifting and high intensity interval training (HIIT) with a short core routine, you are going to shred and tone your body like never before.


How does it work?

One of the great things about this program is that you will not get bored because you will never do the same workout twice!! Plus, you will only be working out FOUR days a week and you will still be able to achieve incredible results.

The LIIFT4 program is divided into two parts: the first 6 weeks is designed to tone your body, and the last two weeks will burn through calories and fat. The only equipment required is a set of light, medium, and heavy weights or resistance bands.



When can I start?

LIIFT4 launches on Beachbody on Demand on October 1st, but you can gain access through the VIP Early Access Sale on June 11th which will give you access to the workouts starting on July 16th!! And of course I will be running a PRIVATE ONLINE VIP BOOTCAMP for my customers!
