Have Your Cake & Eat It! (Healthy Style)


I am all about the Sweet Treats and if I can find a way to keep them in my plan then I am going to do that… and this one is one of my absolute FAVOURITES!

It’s a sweet potato and chocolate mug cake and I serve it with plain greek yogurt, a spoon of peanut butter and a few shakes of cinnamon… Oh My and I go into cake heaven, without one pang of guilt!!!…

I get asked multiple times a day for the recipe because who doesn’t want to eat cake everyday?… Especially when it’s a healthy version that actually tastes like cake.. right?.. so here’s the recipe, oh and you’re WELCOME!


  • 1/2 raw sweet potato cubed
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 egg & 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1/2 scoop choc protein (I use Beachbody Choc Recover)
  • splash of almond milk

Blend together in a high speed blender (I use my Ninja) and pour into a large mug. Microwave for 2 mins, tip into a bowl and serve with greek yogurt, peanut butter & cinnamon.
