I just tried Beachbodys NEWEST Workout, Shift Shop with Super Trainer Chris Downing. Beachbody on Demand had a Sneak Peak for one day ONLY until it’s released next month, and of course I had to give it a go…
The Sneak Peak was Speed 25, which was 25 minutes of exercises which you perform for 1 minute each. It was challenging without being insanely crazy but I sure worked up a crazy sweat and finished a glowing shade of pink!
So What Is Shift Shop?
Week 1, Chris uses shorter, 25-minute workouts that’ll help you stay focused and committed. And you’ll be eating a healthy balance of carbs, protein, and fat.
Week 2, just as your body adapts to the workouts, Chris increases their length to 35 minutes. Plus, you’ll cut back on the starchy carbs, while revving up the proteins and veggies.
Week 3, it all comes together. Seven days of higher-intensity workouts, while eating clean. This is your grand finale.
And there’s even a modifier you can follow, so you can always get through all the moves, and still get a great workout.
I think I’m definitely going to love these workouts and I can’t wait to try the full program when it’s released on Demand in the middle of July! I’ll be counting down the days…
You also get an AMAZING meal plan system to get you INSANE results in three weeks. So as the workouts increase, the amount of carbs you’re allowed reduce. This assures you get the best possible results in the shortest amount of time, but still ensures you are getting the right amount of nutrition which is so important.
Eeek… I really think if you follow the workouts and the eating plan, this program is going to be a GAME CHANGER for so many people!
