My Detox Cleanse Soup


I make this soup as part of my 3 day detox cleanse but I really like the flavour of it , so I sometimes make it just to have on those cold nights.
It’s a great soup to restore balance in your body and to greatly reduce bloating.

Yields: 4 servings

  • 1 1/2 litres of water
  • 3 courgettes
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 large bunch green beans
  • 1 large bunch fresh parsley
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tsp sea or rock salt
  • 2 tsp dried herbs

Place all ingredients into a large pot and bring to the boil. Then reduce to a simmer for around 20 minutes. Using a hand blender, blend until you reach a smooth consistency.

  • Preparation time: 10 minutes
  • Cook time: 25 minutes
