Yields: 1 large glass
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 tsp coffee
- 1 tsp peanut butter (no added sugar variety)
- 1 tbsp raw cacoa or unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1 cup water
- Lots of ice
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender and enjoy!
