Mocha, Banana & Peanut Butter Shake

Now this tastes so good you’d think it was bad! It’s thick and creamy and tastes of chocolate with a hint of coffee, oh boy! Get your milkshake fix right here but with added nutrients and healthy fats, the kind your body needs.

Yields: 1 large glass

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tsp coffee
  • 1 tsp peanut butter (no added sugar variety)
  • 1 tbsp raw cacoa or unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 cup water
  • Lots of ice

Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender and enjoy!
