I loooove ice cream, who doesn’t?? But it’s usually loaded with sugar, cream and stabilisers you can’t even pronounce!
So here I give you a healthy version with only 3 ingredients that tastes just like soft scoop ice cream.

Yields: 2 servings
- 1 banana (frozen slices)
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- Up to 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Place frozen banana slices, frozen raspberries and a little of the almond milk into a blender. Keep checking and pouring in the almond milk in until you get the consistency of soft scoop ice cream.
Pour out into a bowl and serve immediately.
